Staff Repoter :: Recently, ERA-InfoTech Ltd held, its fifth Idea Sharing, Seminar and Open discussion meeting titled ‘ERA-Tech Talk’. The theme of this session was ‘Entrepreneurship’. Mr. Imtiaz Ilahi, Managing Director of GraphicPeople was present as the Chief Guest. The program was chaired by Mr. Tauhidul Haque, Chief Technical Officer, ERA-InfoTech Ltd.

On the occasion, Tawfiq Mohammad Abdus Sattar, Manager (Software) ERA-InfoTech Ltd. conducted an important workshop on “Leadership”. In the tactical presentation of Mr. Tawfiq, participants in the workshop have acquired leadership qualities and theoretical and practical knowledge of application in their workplace. ERA-InfoTech’s staffs were taught how to become successful with leadership qualities and trained through various case studies.

In the speech of the Open Session, Mr. Imtiaz Ilahi, Managing Director of GraphicPeople said that everything cannot be acquired by pedagogy. For the career improvement, the current time should be given priority. There are plenty of IT & IT-enabled Services in our country and we are exporting it abroad.
