An exciting Thai culinary journey with Chef Tai at Amari Dhaka

Staff Repoter :: Amari Dhaka brings home the best of the exotic flavours from Thailand from 15th to 24th March 2018. This special Thai promotion named as ‘My Thai’ will feature exciting Thai delicacies and would spearhead the preparations at the festival by Chef Nuttaput Tai, a connoisseur of Thai cuisine and the new Thai specialty Chef at Amari Dhaka. The festival will not only showcase an array of authentic and sumptuous Thai cuisine but will recreate a cultural experience for the guest that goes beyond just food.
The festival will showcase an extension of the already expansive Thai food buffet at Amari’s flagship restaurant Amaya Food Gallery on the 13th floor. New additions would include Sai Auw (Northern Sausage), Nam Prik Num, Kai Pam, Jor Pak Gad, Kao Soy Gai, Mok Pla, Aom Gai, Pon Pla, Jaw Ma Kua Yal, Keang Reang Goong, Ka Lam Plee Phad Nam Pla, Tom Ka Min among other mouth-watering dishes. Many of them are North Thai recipes and are being offered for the first time in the city. The substantial buffet that is fit for a king will be available at bdt 3000++ per person with buy one get one (BOGO) facilities applicable for particular bank partners.
