Staff Repoter :: Renowned Astrologer Liton Dewan Chishti recently stood beside 350 poor, helpless and unemployed families of Bagbari under Srinagar Upazila of Munshiganj by providing food items ahead of Ramadan. The owner of Sesh Darshan Ajmeri Gems House Ltd has been helping the underprivileged people of his village home as follows in the beginning of every Ramadan for the last 10 years.

Liton Dewan Chishti said, “By this time, food items targeting Ramadan already distributed with the help of local people, though I could not go personally due to Coronavirus pandemic this year. No one have to return bare hand, food items including dates, sugar, gram flour, pulses and soybean oil were distributed among 350 vulnerable families of my village home.”

He added, “By doing as follows, we have been standing beside helpless people for the last 10 years. We are continuously helping them out. To such an extent, people are bewildered this year to fight against corona situation. Being workless, many people are passing a hard time ever. So, I think every well-off should come forward to stand beside the stressed people to less the sufferings. The rich should make a bigger contribution to the society. If the affluent people of every locality give a hand to lessen the suffering, the poorer will find a way of survival.”
