Staff Repoter ::  Md. Shahadat Hossain has recently joined Padma Bank Limited as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Mr. Md. Shahadat Hossain is a professional with long experience in financial services sector (Prime Bank, Dhaka Bank, Eastern Bank & Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank) and also in IT sector. Prior to joining Padma Bank Limited he worked for Prime Bank Limited as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Business Process Re-engineering & IT Service and Support.

He has completed his B.Sc in Engineering from BUET and also obtained MBM (Masters in Bank Management) & PGDCAP (Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications Program) from Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM).

Mr. Md. Shahadat Hossain is reputed for establishing and running centralized business operation, directly managing implementation & operation of Core Banking Solutions, streamlining business process, digitization of business process and many other vast experiences in key areas of Bank. His joining in Padma Bank Limited will surely strengthen the Bank.
